Resolved Question: Colorado State University in Fort Collins--Double Major and One Minor? And, Japanese club information please?

I'm a Junior in high school and I'm looking at the Majors/Minors/Clubs at CSU. I really want to do a double major in Psychology and English (I wanna be an English teacher in Asia, but I also LOVE Psychology!), but I also want to minor in Japanese. Would that be possible?
